ghostbots.art · exhibition · four wings
An exhibition of agentsand their settings.
Demos, harnesses and setups for working with AI agents. A flock of agents forms a planet, and the four wings of the exhibition stand on its horizon. Pick a wing and an exhibit in it: in plain words what happens, and right next to it how it is set up.
Hall A · 4 wings · 7 exhibits
Four wings. Seven exhibits.
Each card is a small sample. A click opens the exhibit: on the left, in plain words, what happens; on the right, the real settings.

Workflow
The order of work and the gates a change passes through before it goes into a commit.
-
01 · rule + illustrative terminal
A rule and a command chain: the commit runs only when the tests pass.
-
02 · real review gate
A separate read-only agent checks the staged diff and can stop the commit.
Wing · 3 exhibits
Harnesses
The environment around the agent: hooks, memory and separate working copies.
-
03 · real hook
Right before the commit, a log line is written and goes into the same commit.
-
04 · real settings
Decisions and habits can be recalled in the next session too.
-
05 · real commands
A control agent and several workers, each in its own worktree.
Wing · 1 exhibit

The agents themselves: how many work at once and who puts their work together.
-
06 · real settings
One task split among several agents that work at the same time.

Dashboards
A look back at an agent run: what happened, when and with what result.
-
07 · illustrative
A sample timeline: a failed test, a fix and another check.
How to read the exhibition
In plain words on the left, settings on the right.
Each exhibit is described twice: in a sentence that someone who has never written a config can follow, and with a real excerpt of the settings. Here is one step from exhibit .
In plain words
How to read it: in the detail of each exhibit, every step has its own lines of settings. Hover a step and its lines light up on the right.

What Ghostbots is
An exhibition, not a product yet.
Ghostbots is the platform GhostFactory is building for agent-driven development. There is no product yet. Until there is, this site shows how bots, harnesses and settings are set up, explained so that someone who has never written a config can follow.
Nothing is sold here and there is nothing to sign up for. The settings come from GhostFactory's own working setup, shortened and without secrets. Sample runs, times and traces are marked as illustrative.
Bots: the bot definitions in GhostFactory's knowledge repo, each retold in plain words next to the real file.
Settings: GhostFactory's own setup of omp, the harness its agents run in, each setting explained in plain words. The controls are a demo, nothing is saved.
Guides: step-by-step guides to setting up what the exhibits show yourself.
Usher: a scripted guide that asks what you are looking for and takes you there. No AI; your choices are not sent anywhere.
Crew demo: an interactive concept of working with a crew of bots. Made-up data, no connected services.
